This cycle will primarily focus on powerlifting, which is the key to improving strength to all functional movements. This program will focus on the foundational movements: deadlift, back squat, and bench press.You WILL get stronger during this 8 week workshop! Keep in mind, stronger doesn't mean bigger. Stronger simply means you'll be able to move more weight with better form, leading to increased speed, power and confidence in the gym.During this 8-week program, you'll spend 1 day per week with Coach Isaac in a 75-90min small group training session, and be given 3 days of accessory work to complete on your own at the gym. You'll have access to the TrueCoach app, which will give you video demos of everything we ask you to do, and you'll also have access to ask Coach Isaac any questions you might have about the different movements.In the our most recent Strength Clinic, 100% of participants hit new PRs on all 3.
