It's HYROX Time!

You’ve seen the signs. You’ve heard the buzz. And now you’re thinking... wait, what actually happens at a HYROX event?

Let’s break it down.

At our Half HYROX event on Saturday, August 16th, you’ll move through 8 different workout stations, each separated by a 1-kilometer run. It’s high-energy, low-pressure, and 100% scale-friendly—perfect whether you’re feeling competitive or just HYROX curious.

Here’s the basic structure

🏃♂️ 1 km Run
➡️ 1000m Ski Erg
🏃️ 1 km Run
➡️ Sled Push (2x25m, 102kg including sled)
🏃️ 1 km Run
➡️ Sled Pull (2x25m, 78kg including sled)
🏃️ 1 km Run
➡️ 80m Burpee Broad Jump
🏃️ 1 km Run
➡️ 1000m Row
🏃️ 1 km Run
➡️️ 200m Kettlebell Farmers Carry (2x16kg)
🏃️ 1 km Run
➡️ 100m Sandbag Lunges (10kg)
🏃️ 1 km Run
➡️ 100 Wall Balls (4kg)

Whew! It sounds intense, but remember: we’ll scale everything to your level, and Coach Grace will walk you through the moves.

You can go at your own pace, take breaks, and have a ton of fun along the way And we'll walk you through it every step of the way.
