Semi Private Training - We Have Spots for You

After trialing this program for a few months on the down low, it’s time open up more hours for our Semi-Private Personal Training!

It’s the perfect combination of personalized coaching, community, and value. You’ll get the attention of a personal training session but with the added energy and motivation of 2–3 workout with an accountability group that is in a similar life position as you. Your workouts are ALWAYS customized to your goals, limitations, and schedule, but now you get the support, accountability, and camaraderie of a small group setting.

Each session is 60 minutes and capped at 4 clients per coach. Here’s what a session looks like:
  • Warm-up & Movement Prep
    • Designed for your body and the day’s focus.
  • Main Focus
    • Everyone works the a unique movement pattern (squat, hinge, push, or pull), and each person’s variation, load, reps, and tempo are tailored to their goals. Truly individualized.
  • Accessory Work
    • Complementary strength and stability exercises, modified for each participant’s objectives, limitations, aches and pains, and of course, we include things you like!
  • Customized Finisher
    • This looks different for everyone. Some clients do conditioning intervals, others strength work, and some focus on mobility or core strength.

Semi-Private training also includes FREE and UNLIMITED access to open gym and classes, so you can supplement your workouts on your own schedule.

This program is ideal if you:

  • Have specific goals like strength, fat loss, mobility, or confidence
  • Thrive in a smaller, supportive group with more attention
  • Want an affordable alternative to 1-on-1 personal training

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, our coaches meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively.

We opened up our schedule and we currently have openings in our prime time sessions:

  • 6AM / 7AM / 8AM (Early Morning)
  • 10:30AM and 11AM (Mid Morning)
  • 5:00 PM (Evening)

We want to make sure that every athlete gets the attention they deserve, so we are opening up spots VERY slowly so we can maximize the results each person is achieving, one rep at a time.
