What’s not to love about Todd?
If you’ve been in the gym early mornings, you’ve probably seen him with a Celsius in hand, a big smile on his face, and sweat still fresh from hours of spin before lifting.
Todd has been training with Coach Erika on lifestyle design, steadily building strength and discipline. But this summer, he decided to take it a step further and jumped into our Summer Shred 2025 challenge.
And wow, did he rise to the occasion.
Todd committed fully, dialing in his macros, lifting heavy, and staying consistent through work travel and a packed schedule. He hit his lowest body fat percentage ever, added muscle, and gained a whole new appreciation for the role sleep, hydration, and recovery play in long-term success.
The best part? Todd proved to himself what’s possible when you stop making excuses and start showing up every single day.
What’s next for Todd? He’s keeping up his hypertrophy training with Erika, staying accountable to his nutrition, and pushing himself toward new goals.
