What's a HYROX?

We’re rolling into August with something a little different—and a whole lot of fun.

Whether you’ve been crushing workouts all summer or just getting back into your groove, we’ve got a FREE community event coming up that’s going to test your endurance, build your confidence, and maybe even spark a new fitness obsession.

On Saturday, August 16th, we’re hosting our very first Half-HYROX Workout, and yes—it’s totally free and open to all fitness levels.

Never heard of HYROX before? No worries! Coach Morgan and Coach Grace will be breaking it down over the next couple weeks so you know exactly what to expect, how to prep, and how to make it yours (even if you’ve never run more than a few blocks in your life).

In this week’s blog, we’re giving you a quick intro to what HYROX is and why we’re so excited to bring it to the Pittsburgh FIT community.
