Because real change doesn’t come from one “perfect” workout, it comes from stringing together steady effort, week after week.
This August, more and more of you joined our growing Committed Club! All members of ours who made it to 14+ workouts in the month achieve the status of CC Members! Tracking your consistency is motivating, it holds you accountable to your goals, and most importantly, it helps you protect your long-term health and longevity. That’s what this is all about.
We wanted to give a huge shoutout to our top attendee for August: Rachel K! Your dedication set the bar high and showed us all what’s possible when you commit to yourself. And the fact that you've been on the list almost every month we've kept track of this is AMAZING!
