Workout of the Day - Pull Ups and Rowing

🌟 Get ready for an exciting fitness adventure, folks!

🎯 Today's primary goal is to inspire you to challenge yourselves with higher-level gymnastic movements during the skill portion of our session. But guess what? We've got options for everyone in the workout, so no one gets left behind!

💥 It's an EFFORT workout day, and here's the scoop: EFFORT workouts are all about finding a pace you can maintain throughout the entire session. It's like a personal challenge tailored to your fitness level, taking into account factors like workout length, load, and volume. So, get ready to discover your perfect rhythm and conquer the workout at your own pace!

🏋️‍♂️ We've got two intensity levels today:

Strength/Skill - RPE of 5, this is a moderate intensity segment where we don't want you struggling with maximum effort. Imagine working on the pull-up variations are as much of a skill based session as they are strength building. Don't go too hard or your form will suffer!

Conditioning - RPE of 8, this is a good bit higher than in the previous section. The load on the KB cleans should be manageable in a single set, and the pull-ups should be done in 2-3 sets with short rest between. It's time to push yourself to the limit and feel the burn!
