Before joining Pittsburgh FIT, these nagging injuries sent him to physical therapy more than once. That’s when he decided it was time to try something different: strength training with intention.
Over a year ago, Ameet started working 1-on-1 with Coach Geremy to build strength safely and sustainably. Their focus? Joint support, mobility, and injury prevention. Not only did Ameet get stronger—he squatted below parallel with zero knee pain for the first time in years.
Soon after, his wife Ginger joined in too, and now they train together!
Today, Ameet is tackling a new goal: pain-free overhead pressing. Through smart programming, shoulder stabilization, and consistent coaching, he’s already seeing major progress.
