Climbing Conditioning

🔥 Today’s workout is a full-body burner with a clear purpose: build stamina, core strength, and confidence in your ability to keep going when it counts. We’ve got a solid warm-up to get your body prepped, followed by a powerful cardio-core workout that starts big and finishes strong. You’ll walk away feeling accomplished, sweaty, and more capable than when you walked in.

🏋️‍♀️ The warm-up is where we dial things in. We ease in with mobility and core activation (think inchworms and deadbugs), then pick up the pace with a quick-hit row and bodyweight movements to fire up your engine. Everything is scalable and beginner-friendly—this part is about waking up your muscles and giving your body the signal: “I’m ready.”

🚣 Today's conditioning is a descending ladder that challenges your grit—but in the best way. Row, burpee over the rower, and med ball sit-ups make up this three-part workout. You’ll start with longer distances and higher reps, but it tapers as you go, helping you build momentum and stay motivated. Each set is a checkpoint, and every rep moves you closer to done.

💪 This workout is all about pacing, persistence, and mental wins. It’s designed for people like you—busy, driven, and ready to make time for yourself again. You don’t need to go all-out to succeed here. Just showing up, moving, and pushing your own pace is a victory. Today’s goal: feel strong, capable, and proud of what your body can do.
