After years of stopping and starting different workout routines, they realized they didn’t need another fitness trend. They needed a plan that worked. Before they joined, they had the drive and motivation—but lacked the structure and expert support to train safely and effectively. Like many people in their 60s, they wanted to maintain independence, prevent injury, and stay active as they aged. They weren’t chasing six-pack abs—they were chasing freedom: the freedom to travel, garden, hike, play with grandkids, and live without pain.

Over the last two years, Pete and Regina have trained consistently with Coach Geremy, combining personalized strength training with joint-friendly cardio conditioning. They didn’t let age, injury, or busy schedules get in their way. Regina came back stronger than ever after a broken arm and shoulder injury. Pete rebuilt his core strength after battling back pain, and is now lifting weights he hasn’t touched since his football days.
