40 Committed Club Members in May 2025

May is a time of growth—not just outside, but within ourselves too. While March is known as National Nutrition Month, May is all about movement, motivation, and making the most of your routine before summer hits.

So here’s to our Committed Club family—those who clocked in at least 14 workouts last month! That's consistency, and that’s where real progress lives: just over 3 times a week. It’s not about overhauling your life—it’s about showing up, a little more often, and letting the wins stack up.

We know that when you're moving regularly, you're more likely to sleep better, eat well, and feel better all around. And while your schedule might be packed, your goals are still possible—with support, smart programming, and a little accountability.

Let’s keep it going—because progress doesn’t have to be perfect, just consistent.
