This event TOTALLY ROCKED!
40 athletes, from college-aged to over 40, showed up to absolutely crush three tests of fitness.
Starting with Biking, Shoulder to Overhead and, of course Burpees, we had so many teams make this look easy.
Our second workout, Super Synchro, looked like an event in the pool at the Olympics.
The most fun was had in our third barbell gymnastics event, where each teammate only had to move for a single minute at a time with four whole minutes of rest between!
Our champions are as follows
Rx Division - Suns Out Guns Out
Scaled Division - Space Cadets
Master's Division - Golden Curls*
*The Golden Curls also took 2nd place in the scaled division!
The judges and volunteers from Pittsburgh FIT stepped up and did an absolutely AMAZING job supporting the athletes and keeping everyone in line without any trouble at all.
Gyms from all around brought their best athletes with plenty of smiles to go around, even though there were plenty of burpees and bike sprints to go around.
