After that, we're diving into a GRIND session, designed to test your physical and mental strength as well as your pacing control as we push you to new heights! (literally!)
🤸♀️ The main coaching focus is on the Bar Muscle-Up. Learn to shorten the distance to the bar for a smoother turnover, and follow progressions if needed, from Big Kip Swings to the Bar Muscle-Up itself.
🔥 The RPE for today's workout is designed to set the stage for intensity. Our extended warm up will focus on the skills you'll need to push the pace in our HIGH EFFORT conditioning circuit. But don't worry, we'll warm you up and have you feeling great before we start down this path!
💪The Workout Breakdown: In this thrilling fitness adventure, prepare for a Grind in the first 10 minutes, where you aim to earn some well-deserved rest. The following 8 minutes require consistent effort, and the final 6 minute sprint is all about pushing yourself to the max.
