💪 Let's dive into today's highlights. We're putting the spotlight on Cleans. But don't fret if it sounds a bit advanced – we're here to guide you through the fun. Our mission is to keep it simple and focus on nailing the technique. We'll ramp up to the workout weight after a strength session and dive into the Chest to Bar pull-ups. Get ready for a full-throttle, heart-pounding experience!

🔥 Today's workout is a SPRINT! That means we're in for a thrilling, fast-paced challenge that demands your all-out effort. As we lean into August, we're sticking to the plan of with our Olympic lifting program. Don't worry if you're new to this – we're here to make it an enjoyable learning experience. We'll build up from the ground, focusing on technique and power. Plus, there's a surprise – we're throwing in some fun with Overhead Squats and Front Squats. Get ready to level up your strength and skills!

🚀 But wait, there's more! Our second focus is a gymnastics program! This 20-round workout is a great way to get into trying something new. With lower rep schemes and lots of transitioning, it's the perfect time to add 3 inches to your box jump, or 10 pounds to the barbell.
