🎉 Are you ready for an awesome journey of strength and fun? It's Coach Greg here and I'm stoked to tell you about today's workout plan that's bound to keep you on your toes!

💥 Get ready to conquer your workout with style. We've got some epic highlights lined up for you! We're diving into a session filled with Jump Rope excitement and Barbell magic during the Warm-Up. But hold tight, because this is just the beginning!

🏋️‍♀️ Our focus is on an EFFORT workout where your pace is key. It's all about sustaining your rhythm throughout the challenge. And guess what? We're here to guide you all the way. Our extended warm-up is set to prep you for success, letting you work on Front Squats from the floor and fine-tune your moves.

🔥 Let's break it down. From mastering Double Unders with finesse to nailing those Front Squats, we've got your back. Today's workout gives us time to practice jump rope with some medium weighted front squats. Not heavy, not light, just somewhere in the middle, we want the barbell to move steady today.

💪For our conditioning piece, every 5:00 for 5 sets, we'll be putting your core to the test. Keeping your back straight for front squats in between core flexion with the sit ups is going to be a super fun challenge. Pair that with some light cardio with a jump rope and you're in for an AMAZING workout!
