🏋️‍♀️ First things first, let's talk about our focus: Pull-Ups. But don't fret if you're new to this; we've got you covered. We'll start with a fun warm-up to get you moving, and then we'll dive into Pull-Up teaching. We're all about making your progress steady and enjoyable.

💥 Our workout today is all about sustaining your pace. No need to rush; it's all about finding your own groove and completing the workout with confidence. Expect moderate loading and pace throughout.

🚀 Our goal is to challenge you with big sets of Pull-Ups while maintaining consistency in other movements. We're here to help you shine, so let's get ready to hit those Pull-Ups hard and maybe even aim for an unbroken set!
