“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” – Vivian Greene Today's workout is an ASCENDING triplet. Not in reps, not in sets, but in weight. The focus today is on form and we're testing your ability to concentrate under stressful situations. The push jerk is one of our most important fundamental movements and THE most effective way to get something from your shoulders to over your head. The push jerk is a dip-drive-dip movement that can be awkward but once you get it, you'll never go back to push presses. 17 Minutes of the same 3 movements is a long workout. Take your time. Don't rush, but don't delay. Be aware of your pace, your heart rate and breathing, move well the entire time and know that our coaches are there to make sure you're doing everything right. You're in for some sore arms, some tired legs, and of course, that amazing post-workout mood :)
