Run and Push

Just because it's simple doesn't mean it's easy.

Today, we're pushing dumbbells. We want you to get heavy as we build in weight over 4 sets. Bench press, or upper body pushing, is very useful. The stronger you are the more force you can produce. It'll get you better at things like push ups, handstands, planks, and jerks.

Afterwards, the conditioning piece is simple. Run and do push-ups. It's a great workout that you can do anywhere, any time.

And also, it's supposed to be 50 ...in December...in Pittsburgh. So we definitely have to take advantage of that!

Hit it hard. Hit it fast. And don't burn out!
