Conditioning in a mask is hard. We know. We tested it. We also are JUST finishing our Rebuild Program and we were looking forward to moving into a new style of conditioning-focused classes called "PF GO!"AAAAAAAAnd now we're changing it up.This new phase of classes (to be named soon) will be built on the principles of more traditional strength training combined with the conditioning elements of EMOM and Rounds For Time.These workouts are optimized for 2 things1. Strength Improvements2. Athletic Skill Development (PRACTICE not training)3. Low Heart Rate/Low Respiration Rate (controlled breathing!)We will be providing all our members with 3x Weekly At-Home Conditioning that will compliment our new coached Class style and can be completed in about 15 minutes with minimal warming up needed WITHOUT having to wear a mask!.These workouts are PERFECT for rehabbing sore joints, correcting imbalances, and working on personal weaknesses.

With the recent announcement of sector-specific restrictions on alcohol and bars this week, we wanted to take the time to communicate our Fallout plan.We wanted to make sure that as many people as possible are aware of what happens if COVID rears its ugly head and we return to a MODIFIED GREEN, Yellow or ***Hopefully NOT**** Red Phase.The more people we can share this with, the more we'll be able to function without worrying about missing fitness!We know how crazy things can be so please bear with us if things change.
