The goal of today's workout is to balance the time that you spend on each exercise. We want the Jump Rope and Squats to be FAST. We want the Up-Downs to be STEADY. If you go fast but not too fast on the Jump rope and up-downs, you'll be able to hit the back squats hard and fast each and every set. The good news is that we can substitute back squats for goblet squats, or front squats or bodyweight squat jumps if that's more to you're liking!
