A common question when people want to start or continue their fitness journey is, how do I find the right personal trainer for me? Good news is that the answer is simple.
The perfect personal trainer is available to you by reaching out at (412) 530-4469.
...no really. That's my direct line, and I'm ready to help you!
If you're not quite ready to make that jump, or it feels too personal, I get it. I wanted to outline the process I use to help my friends and family find the right Personal Trainer for them (they all live in Florida and the commute to Pittsburgh three days a week would be a little rough!)
1. Define your goal or reason WHY you need a PT
This might take some time, but knowhing what success means to you is super important.
2. Search personal trainer near me on search engine of your choice
We're big Google fans here but YMMV
3. Find trainers and places near you
Google Maps is super useful to find commute times. Closer is better!
4. Look at certifications and reviews
I'd MUCH rather work with someone with lots of positive reviews over someone with lots of letters after their name, as long as they are currently certified!
5. Set up an appointment
At Pittsburgh FIT, we start everyone interested in Personal Training with a FREE 60 minute 1-on-1 session to get you started.
In this appointment, we'll complete a body composition analysis, talk about your goals and what you specifically want from the training, and go through a short fitness assessment.
After that you will be paired up with the best personal trainer for you. It really is that easy to find a personal trainer!
PS - The most important thing to mention in your free consult with Pittsburgh FIT is that you want to work with Grace!
