Don't Be a (PUSH) Jerk!

This quote is perfect to take us through the last week of workouts this year.

We accomplished a TON of awesome things this year including setting and retesting performance benchmarks, we established new rep maxes and increased our strength, and really got to spend time together.

And today is no different!

Today's strength is all about skill. How well can you coordinate your body movements to get weight overhead?

The jerk is an Olympic movement and also happens to be the most efficient way to get weight from your shoulders to overhead.

Are you coordinated enough to make it stick?

Of course!

Our coaches will walk you through a simple skill progression to have you ready to go. Then we'll pair it with something simple. Up-Downs and lunges.
