Technique, Scaling, and Efficiency

Over the last 4 weeks, we've really been attacking technique for movements that can be intimidating: Squat, Deadlift, Clean, Snatch, and Press.

We LOVE technique development, or efficiency training. If we do the same moves over and over again, you'll stagnate.

We want to lower the barrier of entry for YOU.

In today's workout, if you aren't comfortable on a barbell, use a single dumbbell. If you don't want to do box jumps, step up instead.

We also like to be efficient with time. That's why we lift weights.

Increasing your muscle mass increases the total amount of calories your burn in a day. Performing exercises that use a lot of muscles means you don't have to do as many exercises. And variation keeps you from getting bored.
