Split Jerks and Pull Ups

Hey there, dream team!

🎉 It's time to gear up for an exciting upper body day with Coach Greg leading the charge! Get ready to continue down the path of mastering the Split Jerk and knock out some Pull-Ups in today's amazing workout!

🏋️‍♀️ Let's start with the Split Jerk, focusing on the receiving position. Our awesome coaching staff will give plenty of demo's today on what perfect form is supposed to look like, and then give you a chance to drill it yourself! Jump and punch with gusto to nail those Split Jerks! Afterward, we'll review Pull-Ups and spend some time on the Kip Swing technique to dominate those Pull-Ups like pros!

💪 This month, we're all about building strength and technique. Our 8-week Olympic lifting cycle will help you crush it with the barbell both in confidence AND in new PRs!  And don't worry, beginners—this program is for everyone! We'll gradually progress from the Split position to full Snatch and Clean (that's the bottom of a squat) and the Jerk. Plus, you'll get your Pull-Up game on point, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started.

🔥 Brace yourselves for an intense workout too! The main focus will be Shuttle Runs and Pull-Ups. We've got something for all fitness levels, so don't be shy to adjust the reps or movements as needed. Whether you're a seasoned Pull-Up ninja or a beginner working on building strength, this month is all about reaching new heights and having a blast along the way!
