I. Have. The POWAAAAAAAA Cleans!
Power cleans are one of the best forms of athletic expression. It's a combination of core control, limb coordination, and jumping ability.
First we will build in weight while we perfect our technique.
Then we'll drop the weight back down, and hit one of our favorite benchmark workouts, Little Bear!
The weights might look a little crazy, but you should not be breathing heavy in this workout. This is all about technique and consistency.
Ideally, all 30 rounds (yes you read that right) look exactly the same from start to finish.
If you're newer to cleans, this is a GREAT way to get comfortable. The smaller sets are a great way to lock in your technique with lots of chances to practice!
