July Training Program

It's time to talk about our next training cycle! Last month, we celebrated major achievements as our dedicated members saw remarkable progress in their strength during the Wendler retests.

We've also been hard at work creating kipping progressions for all of our bodyweight movements to get ready for our upcoming strength-building cycle.

In July, we're diving into our first main focus: an 8-week weightlifting cycle. Don't worry if you're new to this—our approach is gradual and inclusive!

We'll start with speed drills using the different position to keep it fresh and fun, and gradually progress to working off of the floor. We'll also incorporate different squat variations once a week to enhance overall strength and lock in excellent technique.

Our second focus is a 9-week bodyweight capacity cycle. We'll target specific movements each week to build strength and volume across multiple muscle groups and sculpt your physique evenly. In the final three weeks, we'll challenge ourselves with new and exciting movements to test our skills under fatigue. This cycle will lay the foundation for future achievements!

Lastly, get ready for intense sprint-style workouts to boost your anaerobic capacity. These shorter, high-intensity sessions will push your limits and prepare you for any challenge that comes your way. It's going to be an incredible month of training, so let's get started and strive for greatness together!
