By shortening the range of motion we give your shoulders a break and we can isolate the triceps! If you ever have trouble finishing a bench press or push up, floor presses are the exercise for you.
At Pittsburgh FIT, we prioritize full body movements but it's important to focus on isolation. Working on smaller muscle groups help heal injuries, correct imbalances, and work on weaknesses.
