We are carrying on with our skill development for the hang power snatch!
Today's workout is a great time to get into the gym. If you're new to snatching, 15 minutes to build to a set of 3 is a great chance to work on your skills.
This movement is very technique intensive, but once you get it down it's a TON of fun!
All of our coaches work hard to develop their own skill around the snatch, and they work even harder on developing fun and effective ways to teach it to you.
The icing on the cake is that we get to pair some light snatches with a super simple (but not easy) push up and ground to overhead combo for a great conditioning piece.
