Most people think you can only measure progress with bodyfat percentage or muscle mass or weight but we like to measure progress with performance. We set the clock for 12 minutes. As quickly as you can, complete 5 rounds of 10 burpees and 20 wall ball shots. When you complete the 5 rounds, jump on a rower or bike and get as many calories as you can. This test requires little to no skill. You can scale it up to burpees to a target or scale it down to just doing bodyweight squats. What matters is that you do it, and record how you did.
